In some way I think it's a good thing Enya has no nomination at this Grammy if they are not for her music.

No Grammy Award for Enya,yet? I was completely surprised. I do understand the situation. But she has some award previously anyway. In fact, the snowing for the music ..."And Winter Came..." remind me the first album "The Only Time." She blew the snow on her hand. I think her hard work could be done by that time. She is being doing as solo with Nicky and Roma Ryan for a long time. I do agree with her fantastic songs and music.  But I don't know why the Grammy Award have not be given. That is seem strange!!

I don't know. There must be a reason, something that has nothing to do with Enya's splendid music though

Yes, I agree. This is the very first time she has any award for her music. That's the news, I think.
 She won the grammy as best "new age" album for each of her records, from Shepherd Moons to Amarantine. Then she won 4 World Music Awards, 3 in 2001 for A Day Without Rain and 1 in 2006 for Amarantine. We just can't complain about awards.
