Enya usually starts the promotion right before the release of a new album and usually her operas are released in november. A Christmas album could maybe be released even a bit later so I'm not worried (and you all should not be worried as well)

I've just spoken to my friend who works at Warner UK in London. She has told me that "there is no Enya album scheduled for release this year". I asked her if she was certain and she replied "absolutely".
I trust her. She told me well in advance that Amarantine was going to have a Christmas repackage. |

Yeah I hope she's wrong too. It seems very odd. But she was adamant that there is no record of any release this year and that it is too late now for one to be added.

To be honest I didn't have the time to "investigate" today but I saw that Warner Italy i.e. is still promoting Amarantine Christmas Ediition
 and this is not a good sign considering that we are waiting for a new Christmas album...umm..no, not a good sign at all But who knows, let's wait for more news. -------------------- Please Enya save the whales!  I thought that this year christmas will be very special because of the new Enya christmas album, but... now I see, that this year christmas for me will be very very poor..

I was really looking forward to a new Enya album this year, especially so soon after last years. Oh well, perhaps the team have decided to save the best songs for the next traditional album release??
